Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Fees for Returns:

Please note that a return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.


How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Pre-ordered custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Pet care goods (e.g., dog shampoo)

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that shipping fees and applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@petiqueworld.com.
