What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item.

 

Estimated Delivery Date

The estimated delivery date is provided on the product page. While we make every effort to meet this timeline, unexpected delays may occur. You will be notified of any significant changes to the delivery schedule.

 

Shipping

Pre-order items and regular items will ship separately. If you place an order containing both, you will receive separate shipments, and additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Returns & Refunds

Standard Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items that are not custom-made can be returned or refunded in accordance with our standard return policy.

Custom-Made Items:

All custom-made or specially made pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

 

If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@petiqueworld.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

 

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be canceled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 72 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production or fulfillment processes may have started.
